This is the time of year that I pause for reflection and think about what I want to create in my life. I feel that in setting my intentions, I am giving myself direction and a focal point for my actions. Everyday, I set an intention and use this as my focal point for getting dressed. Somehow this practice brings my day more clearly into focus. It helps me turn my attention toward where I want to go.
